How does the custom hat process work?

You submit your design or idea, we craft a mockup, and once approved, we bring it to life using premium leather patches and durable hats.

What file format do you need for logos?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) work best, but we can also review PNG or JPG files.

Is there a minimum order for custom hats?

Minimums may apply depending on the style and patch type. Contact us for details.

How long do custom hats take to produce?

Production time typically ranges from 7–14 business days after design approval.
